Thomas Morris

Jerome- Harold "Big H" Morris, 76, of Jerome, passed away Thursday March 26, 2015, at his home.  He was born October 26, 1938, in Jerome, Idaho, the son of Tommy Joseph Morris and Ruth Wayze Shinn Morris.  Harold was raised in Jerome and attended schools there. On July 6, 1958, he married Marjorie Corben in Eden, Idaho.  They made their home in Jerome where they raised five children.  In 1963, Harold went to work driving truck for Ambrose Distributing.  In the early 70's, he bought his first truck and continued driving until retiring in 2012.

Harold is survived by his sweetheart of 56 years, Marjorie Morris of Jerome; four children, Pam (Gary) Sigmon of Clinton, UT, Chris Morris (Mike Lipinski) of Twin Falls, Tom (Maureen) Morris of West Valley City, UT, and Tim Morris of Cedar City, UT.  He is also survived by 12 grandkids, 15 great-grandkids, three sisters, Joy Morris, Sharon (Gerald) Merritt and Maxine (Clyde) Wolverton; and many extended family members and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Linda, and his grandson Ryan; and two sisters, Connie and Arlene.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM , Saturday April 4, 2015 , at Farnsworth Mortuary Chapel, 1343 South Lincoln, Jerome, with Pastor Gene Kissinger officiating.
