Steven M. "Steve" Sanderson

Jerome- Steven M. "Steve" Sanderson, 74, of Jerome, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday October 7, 2015.  He was born a twin, on January 7, 1941, in Tulare, California, the son of Jasper Reuben "JR" Sanderson and Louise Ellis Sanderson.  Steve was raised in Phoenix and attended schools there.  He served his country in the United States Army.  On October 12, 1996, he married Cheryl Ricketts in Las Vegas.  They made their home in Jerome.  Steve enjoyed watching professional wrestling, reading western novels and woodworking.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Sanderson; his children, Debbie and Steve; his grandchildren; his twin brother, Joe; and many extended family members and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Betty.

A private memorial service will be held in his honor.
