Sharon Sauer

Sharon Francis Sauer “Nana”, 75, joined her daughters and grandson on January 11, 2020.

Nana was born to Rev. E.W. And Lola Damon on September 8, 1944, in Twin Falls, Idaho. They then moved to Colorado until Nana was in the 6th grade. After returning to the Magic Valley she completed school and graduated from American home school.

Nana married Orval Willis on July 22, 1966. Unto this union three daughters were born. They later divorced and she married Ron Sauer on December 18,1991. They made their home in Jerome as long-haul truck drivers.

Nana was always there when you needed her, from raising her babies to her babies’ babies. She was our shining star, and our earth angel. Nana always made you feel loved no matter the situation you had gotten yourself into.

Nana was preceded in death by her parents; two of her daughters, Pennie Jo-Dean and Candace Rene; and one grandchild, Jearmie Webb.

Nana is survived by her husband, Ron Sauer “Papa”; daughter, Wendi McKnight; grandchildren, Jamie Webb, Chaynce McKnight, Jaryn & Kate McKnight and BrayAn McKnight; two great grandchildren, Jaydenn McKnight and Kaimaya McKnight, and her sister, Karen Jones.
