Randa Briggs

The stubborn, little red head that ran everywhere 100 mph, unfairly came to a complete halt all at once. Lung, brain, and liver cancer, as well as a broken heart from the loss of her love, Ron Hatfield, was too much for her tiny body to bear.

Our family is at a great loss and deeply grieving. We are so appreciative of all the love and support sent to us.  Mom had many friends that have reached out with wonderful stories and expressions of what she meant to them. I am so grateful for you all.

A celebration for her boisterous life will be held in August around her birthday in Utah. The arrangements will be announced when available.

Thanks again for all the love and kindness you gave to my mom. We all will miss the hell out of her!

Randa is survived by her daughter, Jolie DeVries; grandsons, River and Jax DeVries; and sisters, Elise Sanders and Tracy Freeman.

She was preceded in death by her beautiful boy, Damon Dal Jorgenson; parents, Laura Pearl Briggs and ‘Bugs’ Briggs; and sister, Janin Jackman.
