Jerome- Marcia Ann "Marcie" McEntarffer, 62, of Jerome, passed away January 28, 2016, in Twin Falls.
She was born March 26, 1953, in Jackson, Wyoming, the daughter of Marian and Berniece Nethercott. She was the youngest of three children.
.Marcie was a fun-loving Lady, full of Spirit. She was always ready to offer a hug and a smile to anyone who needed it. She loved music,(Good Ol Rock N' Roll!) and was ready to dance with anyone who wanted to boogie. Her Dad played "The Bones" and music was in her blood. She was an Avon Lady for over 25 years. Every Tuesday she would drop off orders to her friends and family all over town. She loved seeing everyone and making them happy.
Marcie loved camping and having picnics every summer with her friends and family, as well as playing pool and gathering around a table playing cards and Bunko.
Marcie would have loved everyone to celebrate her life with music, drinks, food and laughter. Remembering the good times, laughing and being together.
Her family requests that instead of flowers, please make a donation to the "Children's Miracle Network", which Marcie loved and donated to, throughout her life.
Marcie is survived by her husband, Ralph Mcentarffer, her daughter Melissa Nethercott of Portland,OR; her stepson Michael (Christina) Mcentarffer; and grandchildren Austin and Jeremy all of Detroit; Her brothers Monty (Irene) Nethercott of Logan, UT, Mike (Debbie) Nethercott of Anchorage; and many extended family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Marcie's Life will be held at 6:00 p.m. , Tuesday, February 2, 2016 , at Farnsworth Mortuary,1343 South Lincoln, Jerome, with Rev. Dick Goetsch officiating. "Kiss the mountain air we breathe, Goodbye it's time to fly."
