Lenny Meyers

Jerome- Lenny Alan Meyers, 71, of Jerome, surrounded by his family, went to meet his Savior on Sunday September 18, 2016.  He was born May 14, 1945, to Edward and Helen Meyers in Wendell, Idaho.

Lenny is survived by his wife of 42 years, Beverly Meyers, 10 children; Jerry Alan Meyers, Tammy (John) Bonnett, Rose Marie (Rudy) Helton, Amy (Mark) Munsee, Melodee Meyers, Eddy (Lynnette) McKean, Jerry (Darla) McKean, Jim (Alicia) McKean, Bobbi ( Jeff) Barry, and Johnny Meyers.  Brothers Dwaine (Linda) Meyers and Vic (Diane) Meyers, sisters Flora (Lynn) Murray and Julene (Kenny) Pearson, a sister-in-law Joyce Meyers Jones, and brothers- in-law Vern (Karen) Phillips and Clarence (Sally) Phillips. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Lenny would smile down on you if you’d see fit to donate to one of the following: The Shriners Hospital in Salt Lake City, the Jerome Freewill Baptist building fund, or the Faith Assembly building fund in Twin Falls.  Any donations can be left at Farnsworth Mortuary.

A visitation will be held Tuesday evening, September 27, 2016, at Farnsworth Mortuary, 1343 South Lincoln, Jerome, where family and friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services for Lenny will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. , Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at Life Church of the Magic Valley, 425 Nez Perce Ave. (100 South) in Jerome.  A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow at the Jerome Cemetery.
