Judy Lee Hendriks

Judy Hendriks, 78, of Jerome, Idaho, passed away on February 1, 2025, after an incredibly brave and hard-fought battle with cancer. Judy was born on November 12, 1946, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Wilburn and Geraldine Adams. She lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family and those around her.

Judy was a woman of strength and sincerity, known for her full-of-life spirit and deep compassion. She had a heart for rescuing both animals and people, always offering kindness and support to those in need. Her stubborn determination was matched only by her boundless love and humor, making her a cherished presence in the lives of many.

She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life; camping under the open sky, casting a fishing line into quiet waters, and gathering with family to create lasting memories. One of her greatest delights was baking cookies with her grandchildren, filling her home with warmth and the sweet aroma of shared moments.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Robert, with whom she created a lively and welcoming home for all her family; her children, LeeAnn (Jerry), Tony (Roberta), Lisa (Steve), and Tonia (Troy); as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will deeply miss their beloved grandma. She is also survived by her brother, Jack; and sister Dorothy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Michael; her parents, and her brother, Allen.

A funeral service to honor Judy’s life will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Farnsworth Mortuary, 1343 South Lincoln in Jerome, Idaho. Graveside service will conclude at Jerome Cemetery.

Judy’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May the love she shared continue to bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
