Joseph Amoureux-Hawk

Joseph Eugene Amoureux-Hawk passed away surrounded by his family on April 27, 2024 at the age of 41. Joe was born November 12, 1982 in Martinez, California to Mari-Kristi Hawk. Joe moved to Idaho in 1986 with his mom and his sister, Winema.

Joes' mom, Kris, met John Amoureux in1991 and married in 1995 and soon after John adopted Joe. From a young age, Joe was always playing sports, with football being his favorite. Joe was able to travel to Australia to play football in the Down Under Bowl for graduating seniors in 2002. Joe enjoyed life to the fullest, competing in weightlifting competitions across Idaho, Utah and Neveda winning several events. Joe also enjoyed fishing with his friends and hunting with his dad and Grandpa Robert Amoureux.

Joe’s greatest joy in life is his daughter Joslin. Joe loved and cherished every moment he had with her.

Joe is survived by his parents, John and Kris Amoureux; his daughter, Joslin Amoureux-Hawk; his sister, Winema (Derrick) McManus; sister, Jessica Barroso; and brother; Marcus Hance.

Joe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Jane Amoureux and Richard and Virgina Hawk and his two aunts, Gini James and Shannon Harlen.

Joe will be forever loved and missed by everyone that was part of his life.
