Frances "Peggy" Robinson

Frances E. “Peggy” Robinson died in the early morning hours of May 10, 2021. Frances was born on August 27, 1936 to Casey A. Porter and Oela M. Young Porter in Shoshone, Idaho. She attended school in Shoshone. Following her education, she met Udell Robinson. The two were married on October 17, 1953.

Peggy's life was busy proudly raising their five children and being active in 4-H as a leader and a judge throughout the Magic Valley. Her most proud time was serving on the Richfield School Board. Peggy also served on the Richfield Library Board and the Cemetery Board and served her beloved community in many ways.

Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Udell Robinson. She is survived by her two daughters, Beva Dawn Robinson and Debbie (Kent) Piper; three sons, Casey (Wendy) Robinson, Frank (Brian Vahlberg) Robinson and Jerry “JR” (Kelsie) Robinson; 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, with a viewing beginning at 10:00 am, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the First Baptist Church, 205 E 5th St, Shoshone, Idaho. Graveside service will conclude at the Richfield Cemetery, Richfield, Idaho.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Richfield Senior Center or the Shoshone Senior Center.
