Douglas James Blevins, 55 passed away surrounded by his wife and 4 daughters on April 3, 2017. Doug above all was a kind and loving man of few words, but in his presence you knew you were loved and had a forever father or friend.
Some of the things that were the biggest part of who he was included playing tennis and golf, running, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Orioles and most of all sharing adventures with his wife and being in the mountains with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Coy Blevins; mother, Norma Blevins; brother, Donald Blevins; dear friend Brandon Priest; and loving pets: Bones, Hook and Bob.
He is survived by his wife Cheri of 35 years, who was the love of his life and best friend; his daughters: Brandon Borrowman and grandsons Mason and Jamison Borrowman; Ashley; Abigail and finance Sidney Archer; and Maddison; brother, Dennis Blevins; and loving pets, Whiskers, Marley, Button and Max.
When Doug looked at his wife and daughters he said "we are all the same and we will forever be one."
Family means the world to Doug. His wishes were to do all he could to help keep families and their loved ones around to enjoy every bit of life together, especially when battling a disease. Together we can help with further advancement and hope for a cure. Donations may be made to the LLS society online at www.donate.lls.org . Thank you
