Donetta Delgado

Jerome - Donetta E. Hope Delgado, 59, of Jerome, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday May 22, 2015, in Twin Falls. She was born May 11, 1956, in Rexburg, Idaho, the daughter of Darrell E. Hope and Donna Hardy Hope.

Donetta was raised in southern Idaho and graduated from Wendell High School.  She raised one daughter, Maria LaDawn. Most of her working years were spent as a behavior specialist in child development.  Donetta was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  She loved being a Mom and Grandma.

Donetta is survived by her daughter, Maria (Jesse)Pizano of Jerome; her grandchildren Jessica(Morgan)West; her siblings, Dennis(Vicki) of Burley, DeVere of Burley, Doyle(Robyn) of Wendell, Diana(Jeff) Percival of Herriman, UT, Darren(Tamera) of Mahomet, IL, and Darrelyn(Michael) Stearns of Burley; and many extended family members and friends.   She is preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM , Friday May 29, 2015 , in the Jerome LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, 50 East 100 South, Jerome. Interment will follow in the Wendell Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Farnsworth Mortuary of Jerome.
