After leaving the Navy, David found fulfillment by working at Steve's Auto Parts and Napa Auto Parts. His dedication to his craft was admired by colleagues and customers alike. David's knowledge of automotive parts was unparalleled, earning him a reputation as an invaluable resource within the industry.

David was a steadfast member of the Presbyterian Church, finding solace and community within its walls. He cherished the teachings of compassion and love that he encountered during his time there.
