David Thomas Seifert

David Thomas Seifert, born on December 10, 1951, bid farewell to this world on August 5, 2023. David's passing at St. Luke's Hospital in Twin Falls, Idaho leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him. He is remembered with fondness and respect for a life well-lived.

David was born in San Fernando, California, and from an early age displayed a remarkable zest for life. His parents, James "Jim" Seifert and Delores "Lorrie" Enns Seifert, provided him with a nurturing environment that allowed his personality to flourish. As he grew older, David excelled academically and graduated from high school with honors.

Following his passion for serving his country and desire for adventure, David enlisted in the US Navy. During his time in service, he developed valuable skills that would guide him throughout his professional career.

After leaving the Navy, David found fulfillment by working at Steve's Auto Parts and Napa Auto Parts. His dedication to his craft was admired by colleagues and customers alike. David's knowledge of automotive parts was unparalleled, earning him a reputation as an invaluable resource within the industry.

David was a steadfast member of the Presbyterian Church, finding solace and community within its walls. He cherished the teachings of compassion and love that he encountered during his time there.

Beyond his professional achievements and religious affiliation, David had a deep appreciation for nature's feline creatures. His love for cats extended beyond domestic companions to include admiration for wild felines as well. His gentle nature towards these beautiful animals warmed the hearts of many.

In addition to his continued connection with the Presbyterian Church and passion for feline friends, David had numerous cherished relationships that enriched his life. He formed a loving bond with Donna Bressman as his devoted companion. Among those closest to him were also his children: Michelle and Michael. Their presence brought immense joy and purpose to his life. David's mother, Lorrie, played a vital role in providing the support and love that helped shape him into the exceptional person he became. His sisters, Karen and Lorrie, shared in his triumphs and tribulations as treasured confidantes.

David Thomas Seifert was a man of integrity, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones. He leaves behind a legacy of compassion, knowledge, and devotion that will continue to inspire all those whose lives he touched.
