Daniel Borrayo

Jerome- Daniel Solorzano Borrayo, Sr., 68, of Jerome, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2016, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born in Mexicali, Baja California to Emiliano Borrayo and Rafaela Solorzano. Daniel lived in Jerome for many years and worked as a farmer with pigs and calves. He enjoyed to fish and barbecue with all his friends and family.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Leonor Borrayo; their 11 children, Rafael Borrayo, Mary Zauzueta, Daniel Borrayo Jr, Oralia Borrayo, Sandra Beltran, Fransisco Borrayo, Julia Borrayo, George Borrayo, Veronica Borrayo, Christina Borrayo and Raquel Borrayo; 45 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Ramona Borrayo, his brother Herman Borrayo, his brother Emilio Borrayo, his grandson Mario Borrayo and his son-in-law Sergio Pedraza.

A visitation will be held Friday evening, April 22, 2016 at Farnsworth Mortuary, 1343 South Lincoln, Jerome, where family and friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. , Saturday April 23, 2016 , also at Farnsworth Mortuary, with Fr. Rob Irwin, presiding.
