Charlotte Jean Jones, a beautiful, loving soul, joined her dear beloved husband on April 16, 2024. She was born December 14, 1940 in Ogden, Utah to Max and Frances Smith and grew up on one of the largest chicken ranches in the area.
She received her teaching certificate and a BA in English from CU Boulder, Colorado, which is where she met the love of her life, William McKinley Jones. They were married on June 14, 1964 in Denver, Colorado. From Smith to Jones, true love without a doubt! Together they raised two daughters and many four-legged friends. She had a deep love for animals and cared for them as her own children.
Charlotte was an accomplished pianist, violinist, seamstress, writer, and singer, to name a few. She excelled at whatever she put her mind and accomplished it with grace and the precision of a master.
She had a deep spiritual connection and was filled with pure, unconditional love for all who crossed her path. She always had a smile in her voice, which came straight from her heart; lovingly referred to as the Charlotte Sparkle. She was like an angel in a human body.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; and her beloved husband, William McKinley Jones.
She is survived by her daughters, Felicia Brosious and Briana (Del) Low; granddaughter, Nicole Brosious; and grandson, Derek Low.
Charlotte will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, at 10:00 am, Friday, June 14, 2024, at the Snake River Canyon National Cemetery, 1585 E Elm St, Buhl, Idaho.
