Camerina Hernandez

Jerome- Camerina Hernandez, 51, of Jerome was taken by our Heavenly Father on October 13, 2015, due to an automobile accident.

She was born January 13, 1964, in Mexico City to Jose Catarino Guzman and Carmen Rodriguez Guzman.  The family moved to Twin Falls in 1984.  Then found her forever home in Jerome in 1993. Came had a special and unconditional love to her children and grandchildren. She loved the kitchen, and always had a delicious meal ready for whomever would come to visit her home.  Her favorite pass times were fishing, hunting, camping, singing, dancing, and napping with her grandchildren.

She married Jose Manuel Hernandez on January 11, 1986 in Twin Falls. They loved making dinners  to invite all the family and friends over to their house.

She is survived by her husband, Jose Manuel  Hernandez of Jerome; three daughters Rosie (Eduardo) Perez, Flor (Eduardo) Ruiz, Perla Hernandez; one son, Juan Hernandez all of Jerome. Five grandchildren, Jose Eduardo Ruiz, Rosely Perez, Edwen Angel Ruiz, Eduardo Perez, Jonathan Eden Ruiz; Six brothers, Ramon (Dora) Guzman, Porfirio (Bertha) Guzman Francisco Guzman of Twin Falls, Gerardo Guzman of Mexico, Juan Guzman of Jerome,  Agustin (Sandra) Guzman of Nampa; three sisters, Teresa Guzman de Ramos, Maria Louisa Beatriz Guzman of Mexico, and Imelda (Rafael) Godoy of Jerome; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son Jose Manuel Hernandez Jr.

Vigil services will be held at 7:00 PM , Wednesday October 28, 2015 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 216 2nd Avenue East, Jerome.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7:00 PM , Thursday October 29, 2015 , also at St. Jerome Catholic Church, with Fr. Rob Irwin presiding.
