Logan, Utah- Brenda Bingham Stuart, 64, of Logan and formerly of Jerome, passed away peacefully Wednesday September 7, 2016, in Logan. She was born August 28, 1952, in Jerome, Idaho, the daughter of Hall and Twila Johnson Bingham. Brenda was raised in Jerome and graduated from Jerome High School in 1970. She attended Ricks College where she earned an Associates Degree in Elementary Education and Social Services and made many friends.
She made her home in Logan where she raised four beautiful children, whom she loved dearly. Most of her working years were spent at Bourns Integrated Technologies in Logan.
Brenda enjoyed reading, doing crafts and playing the piano. She was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in a variety of callings.
Brenda is survived by her children, Erica (Andrew) Phillips of Pocatello, ID, Celina (Jeremiah) Shaffer of Logan, UT, Athena (Bridger) Bellon of Smithfield, UT and Fredrick Stuart of Hyrum, UT; three grandchildren, Guinevere, Anastasia and Jade; three siblings, Tamara (Jim) Jepson of Blackfoot, Newell (Jackie) Bingham of Blackfoot and Mark (Susan) Bingham of Jerome; and many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. , Tuesday September 13, 2016 , in the Jerome LDS 7th Ward Chapel, 50 East 100 South, Jerome, with Bishop Randy Tolman officiating. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Jerome Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Farnsworth Mortuary of Jerome.
