Perry Burnham

Perry Burnham, 82, passed away March 3, 2024, in Jerome, Idaho. Perry was born December 11, 1941, to Lynn and Ruth Ostler Burnham. He married his wife, Rita Annoot Burnham, in Riverside, California, on November 9, 1963. Perry’s number one priority was his family.  He and Rita raised their children, Jeff (Stacy), Steve (Beckie), Jodie (Wade), Jaysen, and Bob (Jen) Roberts in Jerome.  

Perry was always known as a hard worker.  He was passionate about the family farm and worked long hours to ensure its continued success.  He also owned and operated the North Side Bodyshop in Jerome, which he started in 1965, and worked until he retired in 2022. 

Perry was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served in many positions. He will be most remembered for his many years of service to the young men in the church and community.

Perry was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Leslie, David and Gary. 

He is survived by his wife; children; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four siblings, Keenan (Lavisa), Bob (Lorna), Dennis (Janie), and Larene (Roger).  

Perry will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

 A viewing will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Friday, March 8, 2024, at Farnsworth Mortuary, 1343 S Lincon Ave, Jerome. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 9, 2024, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jerome Stake Center, 26 N Tiger Drive, Jerome.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to your favorite charity or take your family to dinner in memory of Perry.
